Insulation Structure of Fiberglass Insulated Steel Pipe:

The insulation structure of the steel-jacketed insulation pipe is divided into internal sliding and external sliding based on the sliding method.

  1. Internal Sliding:
    The insulation structure consists of a working steel pipe, alumina silicate, friction-reducing layer, microporous calcium silicate, heat-insulating layer, stainless steel fastening strap, aluminum foil reflector, polyurethane insulation layer, outer steel pipe, and external anti-corrosion layer (basic discontinued).
  2. External Sliding:
    The insulation structure consists of a working steel pipe, glass wool insulation layer, aluminum foil reflector, stainless steel fastening strap, sliding guide bracket, air insulation layer, outer protective steel pipe, and external anti-corrosion layer.

Components:

  1. Anti-corrosion Layer: Protects the outer steel pipe from corrosion, extending its lifespan.
  2. Outer Protective Steel Pipe: Shields the insulation layer from groundwater erosion, supports the working pipe, and withstands external loads to ensure normal operation.
  3. Glass Wool Insulation Layer, Air Insulation Layer: Maintains medium temperature and keeps the surface of the outer protective pipe at room temperature.
  4. Aluminum Foil Reflector: Prevents organic foam materials from entering the inorganic hard, high-temperature-resistant layer; reflects part of the heat.
  5. Inorganic Hard Insulation Layer: Resistant to high temperatures, ensures interface temperature with organic insulation layer, prevents foam from carbonization.
  6. Stainless Steel Fastening Strap, Sliding Guide Bracket: Ensures free thermal expansion and contraction of the working steel pipe.
  7. Working Steel Pipe: Ensures the normal flow of the conveyed medium.
